AI NEXT LEVEL   

Welcome to AI NEXT LEVEL LLC. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of AI Next Level's software, including its monthly subscription plans and other services related to the software (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of the Terms  

By using the Service, you accept these Terms and any additional terms that AI NEXT LEVEL LLC may impose when using the Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription and Payment  

The Service is offered through a monthly subscription that includes a one-time installation fee of USD $200, $500, or $800 depending on the level of membership selected. The one-time installation fee covers standard installation. For custom and larger-scope technology or AI implementations, a personalized installation fee will be determined and communicated separately. AI NEXT LEVEL offers three (3) subscription plans: Essential Plan for USD $150/month, Premium Plan for $350/month, and Professional Plan for $750/month. The customer must select a plan and provide a valid payment method for their monthly subscription. Prices are subject to change at any time at AI NEXT LEVEL’s discretion.

3. Payment Methods and Billing  

AI NEXT LEVEL only accepts credit cards and debit cards as a payment method for the monthly subscription services and the set up fee. The charge will be automatically made each month and will include the applicable tax fee. AI NEXT LEVEL will send the corresponding invoice to the customer within 5 business days after the billing date. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their payment information is correct and up to date. If the payment is not processed correctly, AI NEXT LEVEL reserves the right to suspend or cancel the customer's account after a grace period of ten(10) days. The customer will be responsible for any fees for failed or late payments.

4. Training & Strategy Services  

AI NEXT LEVEL offers training courses on how to use the software and best practices included in All Membership Plans. Additionally, AI NEXT LEVEL offers different tiers of strategy sessions included in the membership, based on Membership Plans: Essential Plan customers can receive weekly complementary strategy sessions for the first month of membership. Premium Plan customers can receive weekly complementary strategy sessions for the first two months of membership. Professional Plan customers can receive weekly complementary strategy sessions for the first three months of membership. AI NEXT LEVEL offers additional live training & strategy sessions for a fee of USD $100/hour.

5. Website and Landing Page Design Services  

All membership plans include a website builder feature and a tool to build unlimited landing pages. However, if the customer wishes for AI NEXT LEVEL to build a specific website or landing page, an additional fee will be charged for this service. The price for building a basic website is USD $600, and the price for building a landing page is USD $300. Prices may vary depending on the complexity and the personalization of the website requested by the customer.

6. First Strategy Session  

AI NEXT LEVEL will meet with the customer after the customer has fully reviewed the basic usage course of the software included in their plan to set up the initial strategy.

7. Affiliate Program

AI NEXT LEVEL will reward customers and friends of AI NEXT LEVEL who refer our services to new customers with a 10% commission of the monthly subscription selected by the new customers for the entire length of their partnership with us.

8. Service Cancelation  

The membership access has a minimum usage of three (3) months in order to set the customer up for success and to begin seeing results. If the customer does not pay or their card is declined, they will be given an additional week to pay before their account is paused. If payment is not received within a month, the account will be canceled and a fee of $500 USD will be charged. After the minimum three (3) months of membership, the customer may cancel their subscription with at least a 30-day notice. If the customer may want to cancel the membership prior to the mandatory three-month period, the customer will be charged the cancelation fee of $500 USD.

9. Limitation of Liability  

AI NEXT LEVEL will not be liable for any data loss, property damage, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. AI NEXT LEVEL will keep the confidentiality of the client data, and use the data for the sole purpose of supporting the client business objectives in using the Service.

10. Modifications  

AI NEXT LEVEL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made, the customer will be notified at least 30 days in advance via the email provided by the customer. If the customer continues to use the services after the effective date of the changes, it will be considered that they have accepted the new terms and conditions. It is important for customers to know that the terms and conditions may change at any time. If this happens, they will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to accept the new terms before continuing to use the services.  

11. Arbitration 

In the event that AI NEXT LEVEL and the client cannot amicably resolve a dispute or damage claim resulting from the Service, AI NEXT LEVEL and the client agree to resolve any dispute by arbitration. The arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in Chicago, IL, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect with one (1) arbitrator to be selected by mutual agreement of AI NEXT LEVEL and the client. If AI NEXT LEVEL and the client cannot agree on an arbitrator, then the American Arbitration Association shall select an arbitrator from the National Panel of Arbitrators. The laws of the State of IL in the United States shall apply to the arbitration proceedings. AI NEXT LEVEL and the client agree that the arbitrator cannot award punitive damages to either AI NEXT LEVEL or the client and agree to be bound by the arbitrator’s findings. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Also, the client is entitled to a complete copy of these Terms & Conditions and to a complete copy of their contract with AI NEXT LEVEL.
